Additional Fees
- Linen rental: €30 per person (deducted from the security deposit)
- Final cleaning (mandatory): €200 (deducted from the deposit)
- Security deposit: €750 (paid in cash on arrival)
- Energy & water: Included (Charging an electric or hybrid car is not included).
- Wi-Fi: Free
- Pool towels: A basket with 10 pool towels is available in the living room
Payment Terms
- 35% deposit required upon booking
- Remaining 65% must be paid no later than 5 weeks before arrival
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations up to 5 weeks before arrival: 35% cancellation fee
- Cancellations within 5 weeks before arrival: 100% cancellation fee
- Travel and cancellation insurance can be arranged through your own provider
Arrival & Departure
- Check-in: Saturdays between 16:00 – 19:00
- Check-out: Saturdays before 10:00
Key Handover
You will receive the key from the property manager upon arrival. She will also provide you with the gate code. Please call her 2 hours before arrival – she will meet you at the entrance of Villa Eleonora in Javea.
Security Deposit
A €750 cash deposit is required upon arrival. Linen rental and cleaning costs will be deducted from this amount. The remaining deposit will be refunded at the end of your stay if everything is in order.
